Account deletion
Request to delete your Sky Traders account and data.
Information We Collect
Sky Traders may collect and store information required for authentication, order processing, delivery and customer support, including name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order history.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide app functionality, process and fulfil orders, display order status, prevent misuse and provide customer support.
Google Sign-In
If a user signs in with Google, Sky Traders may receive basic Google account information such as name, email address and profile picture for authentication and profile setup. Sky Traders does not receive or store the user's Google password.
Payments
The current version of the Sky Traders app supports Cash on Delivery. If online payments are introduced later, payment credentials will be handled by the selected payment provider and will not be stored by Sky Traders.
Data Sharing
Order and delivery information may be shared only with service providers necessary to fulfil an order, such as courier or payment partners when those services are enabled.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and order data may be retained while required to provide the service, for legitimate business purposes, or where retention is required by law. Users may request account deletion using the Delete Account page.
Security
Sky Traders uses authenticated access and database access controls. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
