Delete Your Sky Traders Account
We take account deletion requests seriously. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion

Contact Sky Traders using the contact details provided on this website or inside the Sky Traders app.

Include the email address used to sign in to the Sky Traders app.

State clearly that you want your Sky Traders account deleted.

Sky Traders may verify the request before processing deletion.
What data will be deleted
Where permitted, account/profile data such as name, email, phone number and saved delivery address will be deleted or anonymised.
Data that may be retained
Order, invoice, tax, accounting or other business records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after verification. You will receive a confirmation once your request is completed.
